PETTIFER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is the Coventry based franchisee of Castles Estates, a national property management company with more than 50 branches in the UK.

We began trading in 1995 as Castle Estates (Warwickshire), but acquired Pettifer – a company with more than 20 years property management history - in 1999 to increase our residential property portfolio. Because of its good name and reputation in the Coventry area, the Pettifer name was kept. Since then, the business has expanded its staff and portfolio and Pettifer now manages property in Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Meriden, Nuneaton and Bedworth areas, as well as many villages, especially towards Rugby.

Pettifer is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and belongs to its clients’ deposits bonding scheme. This scheme provides copper-bottomed protection for tenants’ deposits by ensuring deposit monies are held in a separate bonded client account.
